Data Deletion

MADFLIX does not require a MADFLIX account. You can remove locally stored preferences, favorites, recent channels, caches, and entitlement data by clearing MADFLIX app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

Request backend deletion

Email madconnect.dev@gmail.com with the subject MADFLIX Data Deletion Request.

Include only the information needed to locate the record:

• The installation ID shown in MADFLIX Tools, when available.
• The approximate date and type of access involved, such as Google Play subscription or private access key.
• A receipt/order reference only when needed to verify ownership. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

After reasonable verification, MADFLIX will delete or anonymize eligible backend information. Data that must be retained for active entitlement, security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or legal requirements may be retained only as long as necessary.

Never email a Google password, Cloudflare password, AdMob password, full card number, private signing key, or keystore password.
