MADFLIX1. The service
MADFLIX provides Android software that organizes and plays third-party live-channel sources. MADFLIX is not presented as the owner, broadcaster, or operator of every listed source.
2. Third-party sources
Availability, schedules, addresses, regions, quality, and programming can change without notice. A listed source may become unavailable, move, restrict access, or be removed. Users remain responsible for complying with laws, provider terms, and regional restrictions that apply to them.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use MADFLIX to evade access controls, redistribute protected programming without authorization, interfere with services, automate abusive requests, manipulate advertising, submit fake receipts, reuse stolen purchase tokens, impersonate a rights holder, or misuse private access keys.
4. Ad-free access and subscriptions
Ad-free access is provided only while a verified Google Play subscription, rewarded session, or valid authorized entitlement remains active. Refunds, revocations, expiration, chargebacks, failed integrity checks, or device-limit violations may remove access. Google Play handles subscription billing, cancellation, and applicable refund processes.
5. Advertising
The free phone and tablet experience may include advertising. MADFLIX aims to place interstitial advertising at natural transitions rather than over active live playback. Ad availability and personalization depend on provider inventory, consent choices, region, device, and policy requirements.
6. Corrections and channel removal
MADFLIX may disable, restrict, or correct a listing following a credible rights-holder request, security concern, legal requirement, source failure, or policy decision. Verified owners and authorized representatives should use the channel-removal process.
7. Updates and availability
MADFLIX may require an update to protect compatibility, security, billing, or playback. Features may change as testing, platform requirements, and third-party services evolve. Public availability is not guaranteed until the official Google Play listing is live.
8. Disclaimers and limitations
The service is provided without a guarantee that every third-party source will remain available or function on every network and device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not responsible for third-party programming, independent provider privacy practices, network outages, source changes, device modifications, or unauthorized use by others.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains data processing by the app, advertising and analytics services, the security backend, Cloudflare, and third-party sources.
